Every member in good standing of a Lions Club in good standing their spouses and children shall be eligible  to become a member of the Foundation. Any Lions Club in Lions district 318 A or any hospitals or any other organisation can become a member of the Foundation as Institutional member.  Membership are of the following categories

Those who wish to dedicate a portion of building in memory of their loved ones can do so. The option is open and location depends on the value of the contribution. The members of Lions Bhavan are eligible for discounts on the use of meeting hall and  guest rooms , the degree of benefits vary  depending on types of membership held.

Nomination is permitted to legal heirs. If the legal heir is not a lion , no voting right allowed and he/she cannot be an office bearer . Similarly if a present lion member ceases to be a lion he/she continues to be a member but cannot be office bearers and will have no voting right.
