Governor as Chairman, Vice District Governors as Vice Chairmen and a Past District Governor as Executive Director looks after day to day activities. The term of Governing Body is two years.
The General Body consists of all Past District Governors and 202 members of Lions Foundation Kerala General Body meets once in a year preferably in September and approves the annual accounts and the annual report. The present Governing body is shown below
He is the Chairman of PRS group of concerns and a sitting member of Senate of Kerala University of Health sciences. He held the position of International Director of LCI 2014-16 and Chairperson of Lions Coordination committee of India and ISAAME Area Leadership and currently he is the LCIF Area Leader for Kerala and Karnataka. He is also the recipient of Ambassador of Goodwill award, the highest one conferred upon a Lion by the International Association
PMJF Lion Dr.A.Kannan is the second Vice District Governor during 2020-21. He is a internationally renowned homeopathic physician and teacher. An FDI graduate who strives to upgrade the skills of the Lions members and spends most of his time in service.
PMJF.Lion G.Hariharan, a renowned academician and trainer. He has contributed to Lionistic Service activities in the capacities of LCCI Executive committee member, LCIF MD Coordinator and LCIF Regional Coordinator He was the Kerala State Coordinator for Measles and Rubella Campaign and made it a great success.
Former Dy Chief Engineer, KSEB. Also worked in Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission as Consultant (Electricity Tariff) and Institute of Management in Government (IMG). At present working as Vice President Oscilla Power (India) a subsidiary of Oscilla Power (US)(Wave Energy Convertors). Prepared Project Reports for grants from LCIF for 16 Projects of District 318A (sanctioned for Rs 7.86 Crores) in total. An Electrical Engineering Graduate of Kerala University with Post Graduate qualification in Management (PGDM-IIMB) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
MJF Lion B. Ajayyakumar is the First Vice District Governor for 2022-23. He is a distinguished Forensic Scientist with an outstanding career record spanning over three decades. He retired as Joint Chemical Examiner to Government of Kerala under Home Department in 2013. He is an International Corporate Trainer for more than 20 years with vast experience of training the leadership team and members of Lions Clubs International
MJF Lion M. Abdul Vahab is the Second Vice District Governor for 2022-23. He is a successful entrepreneur engaged in Vegetable exports, running Supermarket, Readymade & Fancy items, Hotel, Textiles and Flight Catering. He is also an active member in Sri Mulam Club, Vyapari Vyavasayi Ekopana Samithi, Anti Narcotic Control Society, MES Yateem Khana, Kerala Hoteliers Forum and many other Arts and cultural groups.
He is a Physics graduate completed article-ship in Chartered Accountancy.He held the position of District Cabinet Secretary during 2005-2005 and was instrumental in the implementation of this Lions Bhavan Project. He is the recipient of International Leadership medal and Presidential medal and 17 International Presidents certificate Lion of the year awards.
MJF. Lion M.Girilal an active Lion joined Lions movement as early as 1996 from Lions Club of Trivandrum Greater . He is currently the President of this club. He is one of the instrumental lions in purchase of landfor Lions Bhavan project. He has occupied very important positions in District level all through the years
