Lions Bhavan has  three floors each having adequate space. The ground floor accommodates  elderly patients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease  ( currently 16 ), a clinic room where inmates as well as out patients are treated by doctors, clinical laboratory  for various tests, recreational facilities for the inmates  and kitchen and dining facilities for the inmates. Unique feature of the Bhavan is that it provides all fields  of  medical treatment viz: allopathic, homeopathic, ayurvedha and sidha. The first floor has an aesthetically designed air conditioned auditorium / meeting hall by the name A.Madhavan Hall , with 250  seating capacity. Lions Clubs and members are utilising this for their meetings and other private functions.

There are four guest rooms air conditioned  which can be used by the Foundation members  and an office room. Second floor area is occupied by a school for the differently abled children, where the kids are imparted with skills for envelope making and screen printing.The top floor is also well equipped for get together parties  and dining.
